Step up at work
You got the promotion. Now you're leading people who were your peers.
Kizeyra builds the steadiness the job asks for, before the room does.
One goal. One session a day. Twenty-one days.
The problem
Few courses teach the part that keeps you up at night: not looking like you're guessing.
How your subconscious shapes this
The title changed, the self-image didn't. Underneath, a part of you is still the person who used to ask permission, so you over-explain, you soften your decisions, you wait to be certain before you speak. The room reads it as hesitation. It isn't that you don't know the work. It's that the part of you running the show hasn't caught up to the role you're now in. Another leadership book won't move it, because the gap sits below the words.
Conscious mind
Where willpower works
Subconscious
Where beliefs live, and where the sessions reach
How hypnosis opens it back up
Authority isn't a technique you can memorise. It's an identity, and yours is still updating from the job you used to have.
The belief that limits runs where we can't see it. That is the trap, we can name it, trace exactly where it came from, and it still runs us. Knowing you're afraid to start has never once made you start - insight doesn't switch it off.
The conscious mind is the part that argues, and it’s a very small part of the whole. Tell it a new belief and it lists every reason the old one is true. That is why affirmations slide off, and why deciding to change rarely holds. You are working on the wrong floor.
Hypnosis works one floor down, what really controls us is not the conscious mind - it’s the subconscious one. The session settles your body and quiets the surface mind until you reach a calm, focused state where the old belief loosens instead of defending itself. It isn't argued with, it dissolves where it lives, and that is what makes a new future possible. In the space it leaves, you can be the person you want to become, and it is real.
Repetition holds it in place, building the pattern in the subconscious that will carry you. Hear it across twenty-one days and the new pattern becomes second nature. Kizeyra is designed to support that arc: the first days clear what has been in the way, and the rest build the future in the clearing that’s now open. You stay awake and in charge the whole time. What changes is what your mind believes about you, and it’s this belief that drives what you do next.
Your daily practice
How Kizeyra works
- 01
Tell us the role you're stepping into, and how you want to carry it.
- 02
Kizeyra writes a 21-day arc that rehearses calm authority inside your own situations.
- 03
You practise being that leader each day, so by the meeting it already belongs to you.
Twenty-one days
You are building the person the role needs, day by day, in your own voice.
Frequently asked questions
"First-time manager leading former peers. What do I actually do?"
The tactics you can read anywhere. The part that keeps you up, not looking like you're guessing, is a confidence and identity gap. That's what Kizeyra rehearses: calm authority in your own situations, until it's yours before the meeting starts.
Is this the kind of hypnosis I've seen on a stage? Will I lose control?
No. Stage hypnosis is a performance. This is a guided recording you can pause or stop at any moment. You stay aware and in control the whole way through, and nothing happens against your will.
Isn't this just meditation with a new name?
They share the calm, but the aim is different. Meditation mostly trains you to observe your thoughts. Kizeyra uses that calm state to talk to the sub conscious mind, rehearse one specific change and repeat it until it sticks.
Does it actually work, or is it placebo?
Hypnosis has real clinical evidence behind it, strongest for things like anxiety and pain, and it is widely used for habit change. It is not magic and results vary. Think of it as trained rehearsal and repetition. What it reliably shifts is what you expect of yourself, and expectation drives action.
How much time does it take?
About 10 to 15 minutes, once a day, across 21 days. Most people listen at night.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing breaks. The arc runs on the calendar and you rejoin where you are, consistency is the price for the future you seek - and it works within your existing life
Is it safe?
For most people, yes, in the same way guided relaxation is. Do not listen while driving or operating heavy equipment. Kizeyra is a wellness practice, not medical treatment, and it does not replace care for a diagnosed condition - please speak to a professional if you have any conditions that need medical or specialist intervention, Kizeyra is not a replacement for professional guidance.
